Micro-scripts that remove emotional labour. One template/script card aligned to the month’s Clinic tool — copy/paste, calm, usable.

5) Onboarding (first 14 days)
Matrescence OS — A 7-day stabiliser + a private 30-minute Orientation Call (within the first 2 weeks) to align on your season, constraints, and first design move.
